Tips
-Follow the food pyramid

-For a flexible back do a lot of bridges and/or backbends
-Always have posture
-Make sure to challenge yourself
-Don't look down while dancing
-Experiment with the different styles
-Start off slow
-Point your feet!
-Move with the music, not just the steps
-Ooze confidence
-Improve your technique
