
Stretches
1. Do a lunge with right leg in front (Push you hips into the ground)

2. Do this stretch with the right leg in front

3. Touch your toes and try to get a flat back (hold this for as long as possible)

4. Go into splits with right leg in front (hold for as long as possible)

5. Repeat steps 1-4 except with left leg in front (Step 3 stays the same)
6. Do straddle stretch; reach to the right, the left, and then out in front of you and try to get your head to the floor

I suggest listening to your favorite songs while stretching
7. Do a bridge to stretch your back (hold this for as long as you can)

8. Time for some exercise! Do 15 sit ups

9. Hold plank for as long as possible

10. Finally, hold a wall sit for as long as possible and make sure your bottom is in line with your knees
